1. Adult-Only Platform

Fanfinity AI is an adult (18+ / NSFW) platform. Access is restricted to users who are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their country of residence, whichever is greater.

2. Age Verification

• Every visitor must confirm they are 18 or older before any content is shown. The confirmation is recorded in the visitor’s browser for twelve months.
• Visitors located in a U.S. state with an age-verification law in force must additionally complete independent, third-party age verification before any content is served to them. Until that verification succeeds, the server returns only the verification screen — no page content is delivered. The visitor’s location is determined server-side from the originating IP address and cannot be overridden by the client.
• Where independent verification applies, it is carried out inside the provider’s own secure session. We never receive or store identity documents or biometric data — only a pass or fail result.
• Users who cannot verify their age where verification is required are denied access to the Platform.
• Providing false age information is a violation of our Terms of Service and results in account termination.
• AI media generation sits behind further gates: account registration, email verification, and payment.

3. All AI Characters Are Fictional Adults

• All AI characters on the Platform are fictional and represent adults (18+).
• No character may represent, depict, or suggest a minor in any context — visually, textually, or through role-play.
• Prompts, chats, or generation requests that attempt to produce content involving minors are blocked by our pre-screening filters before reaching the AI model.

4. Enforcement

• Any attempt to create underage characters or to generate content involving minors results in immediate account termination.
• In cases involving suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM), the offending account is terminated.

5. Content Moderation

Our Platform operates layered automated moderation, before generation and again after generation:

• Every prompt and every character-creation field is screened server-side before generation, in two independent stages: a normalised blocklist covering underage terms and related categories, and an AI policy classifier that evaluates the request in full context to catch paraphrase and indirect phrasing. Requests for content involving minors are refused before anything is generated.
• Every image and video is then examined again by automated systems before it is delivered, saved to an account, or made visible anywhere on the Platform. One of those checks specifically assesses the apparent age of the youngest person depicted and whether any subject could be a minor. If any check flags the item, it is blocked, the underlying file is deleted from storage, and the user is not charged.
• An account that accumulates ten flagged generations is automatically placed under review, which blocks further image generation, video generation, and character creation until a moderator lifts the restriction.
• AI-generated images carry embedded C2PA Content Credentials identifying them as AI-generated, and any content can be reported for human review.

6. Reporting & Contact

To report a suspected underage user, suspected CSAM, or any content that depicts or suggests a minor, contact us immediately at info@fanfinity.ai or via the “Report Abuse” link in the site footer. Reports are reviewed by our human moderation team and acted upon within 24–48 hours.
